Tim Shively has been working with the Archdiocese of Denver as a family service advisor for one year. He believes that his calling is to help others during their times of need.
He was born in Wichita, Kansas and moved to Colorado in 1992. He is a parishioner of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Aurora, Colorado. He has been married to his college sweetheart for 25 years and has four children. He was fortunate to have a Catholic education and feels blessed that his children are also receiving their education through the Catholic schools.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship from The Wichita State University. He has been self-employed for the past 20 years and is able to bring the knowledge and skills he developed to his current position.
He is truly honored and blessed to be able to work in such a wonderful ministry. He has had a great experience working with many great families from parishes all across the Archdiocese of Denver. One of his favorite scripture verses is John 3:16 which says “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life.”
