This is a very difficult time for all of us. With our prayers for victims of COVID-19, their families and all of us collectively, we lift up all our needs to God’s infinite love and mercy.

At mandate of the State of Colorado, County Health Departments and the Archdiocese of Denver, and for the health and safety of families and staff, the following restrictions are in place at our Mortuaries and Cemeteries:

Funerals and Interments-
A private Funeral Mass/Funeral Service/Graveside will not be open to the public and may be held for a reduced number of people (immediate family and NOT EXCEEDING 10 PERSONS).

All other gatherings including Visitations, Viewings, Vigils and Rosaries –
No public celebrations of such events are allowed but such events may be held in private (immediate family and NOT EXCEEDING 10 PERSONS).

Reception/Repast –
No receptions or repasts will be held.

Precious Lives Burial –
All Precious Lives Burials will be rescheduled at a future date.

Cemetery Office Hours –
In our efforts to mitigate the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have prayerfully decided to TEMPORARILY and IMMEDIATELY close the offices of
Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery & St. Simeon Catholic Cemetery except for essential business, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
The cemetery offices are closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Cemetery Visiting Hours and Rules –
Additionally, we have prayerfully decided to TEMPORARILY and IMMEDIATELY adjust visiting hours of
Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery & St. Simeon Catholic Cemetery to Monday thru Friday, 7:30am – 6:30pm.
However, pursuant to State and Local Public Health Orders, all visitors must comply with social distancing requirements and
at no time should a group consist of more than 4 people.
The cemeteries hours on Saturdays and Sundays are from 7:30am – 5:00pm.

Please note that individuals who fail to follow these procedures will be considered trespassers and will be asked to leave the premises.  Violators may be prosecuted.

Filling the Void of Loss with Faith

We are a non-profit Church owned and operated funeral and cemetery service dedicated to professionally bring faith and understanding to those making end of life decisions for themselves or those they love.

We Are Here For You

Compassionate at all times, we are dedicated to providing education, support and resources during life’s most difficult moments. We help individuals achieve their final wishes and empower families to make thoroughly informed decisions.

Prepare For The Future

Not only is pre-planning a gift to your family, we are reminded almost daily that discussions in advance are rich opportunities to grow in faith and can ease the pain when loss comes.

Our Philosophy

Although death can be profound and often painful, we also believe that by his death and resurrection, Christ conquered death and made possible salvation for all men.

For those choosing cremation, the Catholic funeral tradition provides sacred and beautiful rituals that bring comfort to loved ones. There are two options when choosing to have a church service that is a beautiful expression of faith and reverence.
